Spring is a time of renewal, and this year, it also marked a time of transformation for all of us at Olya Academy. On March 29-30, 2025, we came together for Level Up Spring 2025—two days filled with learning, teamwork, and inspiring moments that reminded us why we do what we do.

From the very start, the atmosphere was electric. Conversations buzzed, ideas flowed, and every session felt like a step forward—not just in our professional skills but in the way we support and uplift one another. With Octavian Alupoaie leading the way, we explored new sales techniques, sharpened our closing strategies, and most importantly, stepped outside our comfort zones. Growth doesn’t happen in familiar territory, and Octavian made sure we embraced the challenge!

Beyond Business: A Conversation That Matters One of the most impactful moments of the event was an eye-opening conversation between Marius Spataru, our founder, and Corina Hampu Hrom. They tackled an important yet often overlooked issue: fraud in the English education system. Their discussion wasn’t just informative—it was a reminder of why we stand for integrity, transparency, and ethical education. At Olya, we don’t just help students succeed; we do it the right way.

Learning, Leading, and Taking Care of Ourselves No great team can thrive without balance, and we were lucky to gain wisdom from three incredible mentors:
